It was nicely furnished, huge and with a mountain view.

The rooms are huge and spacious with the toaster and a mountain view. It offers excellent breakfasts and has a reasonably priced restaurant.

The breakfast was extensive and sensational with a wide array of food, everybody can choose. The location met standards, it was good close to the old town.

I would say it's excellent place for staying and exploring Hervas. The breakfast is extensive, and the location is magnificent very close to northern Spain, centre of interesting old town and others "hospedeiras de Estremadura ". I would stay here again, enjoyed this excellent value hotel.

Huge and extremely spacious unit with a superb decor.

The location was AMAZING up to the nearby high hills, right at Taxi. It was also adjacent to the mountains.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful old town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the buzzing streets filled with bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was a historic building that had been lovingly renovated, blending old-world charm with modern touches. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The red wine served with dinner, which didn't quite match up to the delicious food.

Delicious breakfast and excellent service from the staff serving it. The variety of options and the quality of the food were outstanding. The waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

It would be difficult to say how this hotel could be improved - a beautifully restored historical building in an exquisite small town in the mountains. The rooms have everything, a good size with large bathroom, flat screen TV, WiFi. The restaurant food was good, especially the breakfast with meats, cheese and fruits as well as the usual breads etc. Even better, the price at 95 euros for half board was extremely good value. we were only passing through as it is very close to the main route south, but we would come again just to explore the area.

This is not a criticism, but if you arrive by car ask the hotel to give directions directly to their car park, otherwise if you have gps you will be directed through some very narrow streets!

The pool area is lovely too. Units with a mountain view. Good food for breakfast. Really good experience and extremely helpful and well experienced stuff. Historic location, in restaurant or bar.

Our room at the Hospederia Valle Del Ambroz was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog bed, bowls, wipes, and a toy waiting for our furry friend. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was fantastic, and we enjoyed the house wine for just two euros a glass. The location was excellent, right by the old town and easily accessible from the motorway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Interesting building,old convent, plenty of character and space. Good restaurant.

Linking areas between rooms and other facilities were unheated, slightly uncomfortable at the time of our stay in January.

Nice setting in the town, close to shops and restaurants. Large bedroom but a little old fashioned. Good free car park. Good room rates.

Restaurant too expensive. Conversion is still a work in progress. Lacks attention to detail.
